Local moves
Apartments, condos and houses across the Portland metro, priced by the hour from arrival to final placement.
- Two-hour minimum, billed in 15-minute increments after that
- Free floor runners, door-jamb guards and mattress bags
- Bed and table disassembly and reassembly included
- Flat $95 travel fee — no drive-time billing
Long-distance
Interstate moves on our own trucks, with the same crew lead at pickup and delivery whenever the route allows.

Packing & crating
Full packing, fragile-only packing, or a packing kit dropped off for you to do yourself.

- Unpacking service and debris haul-away at delivery
Storage
Climate-controlled, palletized vault storage at our Alder Yard warehouse, for a week or a year.

Weekday rates shown. Fridays, weekends and the last three days of each month add $20/hr.

The fine print, in plain words.
Is there anything you won't move?
Hazardous materials (propane, paint, gasoline, cleaning chemicals), perishable food, plants on interstate moves, and live animals. We'll send a full list with your estimate.
Can I change my date after booking?
Yes. Changes more than 7 days out are free. Inside 7 days, we'll do our best and only charge if we can't fill the slot.
Do you require a deposit?
Local moves don't. Long-distance moves take a $250 deposit, applied to your final invoice and fully refundable up to 10 days before pickup.
How is tipping handled?
Never expected. If you'd like to, you can tip in cash or add it to your card on the final invoice — it goes to the crew in full.
